The Ferrari 365 replaced both the 330 series and the 275 series as Ferrari's new GT line. The first 365 model, the 365 California ('66-'67), became the basis for rest of the models including the GT 2+2 (2+2 coupe), the GTC (2-seater coupe) and the GTS (convertible). The only exception was the dual-camshaft 365 GTB/4 also known as the Ferrari Daytona. All three non-"Daytona" models were replaced by their "Daytona" counterparts in 1971.
